This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and Volvo Logistics. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at Volvo Logistics. This is a consulting assignment where you will receive a fixed-term employment for 6 months with very good chances of extension. To be considered for this assignment, you need to be available full-time and be open to working days, evenings, and nights.

The job as a truck driver at Volvo Logistics

Volvo Logistics operates like a regular transport company but with a strong focus on development and improvement work. This means you will deliver goods to Volvo's various customers while working with the trucks of the future. You will not need to load or unload but will be responsible for securing the load.

To thrive in this role, you need to have good communication skills. You will work closely in a team where communication takes place in both English and Swedish. You should be interested and curious about new technology and able to evaluate it. Furthermore, we see that you are self-driven in your professional role, meticulous, organized, and take great responsibility.

You need to be open to working days, evenings, and nights as Volvo Logistics operates around the clock. You will always receive an introductory training so that you feel confident in your tasks when you start working. Further training will occur during the assignment and will be part of the job.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a CE driver's license
• Valid YKB and driver card
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

In accordance with our client's requirements, we will conduct a background check in the criminal record and load register as part of this recruitment process before a potential employment.
